Xavor tablet Uses:

These are the main indications for which Xavor 50mg is prescribed:

• Xavor tablet 50mg is used for the Treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure).
• It is used to manage diabetic nephropathy (kidney disease caused by diabetes) in type II diabetes mellitus.

ان گولیوں کا استعمال ہائی بلڈ پریشر (بلند فشار خون) کے علاج کے لئے کیا جاتا ہے۔ یہ  ٹائپ ٹو ڈائبیٹس میلٹس میں ڈائبیٹک نیفروپیتھی (ڈائبیٹیس کی وجہ سے کلی کی بیماری) کو مسلسل کرنے کے لئے استعمال ہوتا ہے۔

Common side effects include:

• dizziness
• diarrhea
• liver function abnormalities
• muscle pain
• migraine
• rash.

Rare but serious side effects may include:

• allergic reactions
• swelling
• hepatitis
• cough, anemia
• low blood pressure
• kidney impairment
• and elevated blood potassium levels.

Warnings and Precautions:

• Xavor 50mg is contraindicated in pregnant and lactating females.
• Patients with renal or hepatic impairment, intravascular volume depletion, severe heart conditions, and a history of angioedema should use caution.
• Avoid potassium supplements or salt substitutes without consulting a healthcare provider.
• Use caution to prevent dizziness when changing positions, especially from lying or sitting to standing.
• Monitor serum potassium levels in elderly patients and those with renal impairment.
