This pill has paracetamol, pseudoephedrine, and triprolidine in it. These three medicines work together to ease a variety of pains. Paracetamol works as a pain reliever and fever reducer, while pseudoephedrine clears up stuffy noses and throats, and triprolidine stops allergic reactions.

Warnings:

Caution is advised during pregnancy, lactation, and in patients with liver or kidney disease. Avoid alcohol consumption while using this medication. Serious skin reactions may occur.

Contraindications:

Severe heart impairment, alcoholism, weight lower than 50 kg, renal or hepatic impairment, malnutrition, dehydration, and anemia.

Precautions:

Avoid driving or activities requiring alertness due to the risk of drowsiness. Inform the doctor about any adverse reactions or medical history, including liver problems, alcohol abuse, diabetes, or allergies.

Dosage:

• Adults and children over 12 years old:
• Take 1 tablet orally every 4–6 hours, as needed.
• In 24 hours, don’t take more than 4 tablets.
• Swallow the tablet whole with water. Do not crush, chew, or split it.
• Children under 12 years old:
• Not suggested for use in kids younger than 12 years old unless told to by a doctor.
