The recommended dose of gravinate syrup for adults and children is typically:

• For children 6 to 12 years old: 5 ml (25 mg) to 10 ml (50 mg) every 6 to 8 hours.
• For adults, take 10 to 20 milliliters (50 to 100 mg) every 4 to 6 hours.
