The typical dosage for Gen-M 80/480mg tablet in the treatment of malaria is as follows:

For Adults and Children Over 35 kg (approximately 77 lbs):

• Day 1: Take 4 tablets as a single dose initially.
• Day 2: Take 4 tablets as a single dose after 8 hours of the first dose.
• Day 3: Take 4 tablets as a single dose after 12 hours of the second dose.
