The usual dosage is 1 capsule of 500 mg taken orally three times daily, starting on the first day of menstruation and continuing for up to 5 days or as directed by a healthcare professional.

• For adults: the recommended dose of Brino 500mg is 2–3 times a day.
• Menorrhagia (Heavy Periods): Take 1 tablet of Tranexamic Acid 500mg 3 times a day at mealtimes.
• Nosebleeds (Epistaxis): Take 500mg 3 times a day.
